  Bill Doherty Jr. completes writing his first draft of his short film tentatively called “Blackout”, about a man who wakes up to his wife handcuffing him to a bed in an unknown hotel room for god only knows what.  The situation cascades into humorous devastation, where our hero is confronted by all shapes and sizes of shady people in this seedy room.
