Bill Doherty Jr. co-stars in his role of richard, in the feature length film “Festival”. Richard is a disgruntled employee of this newly found, dysfunctional festival office. He is the feature length film submission reviewer who hates his employee position almost as much as he hates the movies that are submitted to meet his approval. He is hopelessly in love with a bi-polar co-worker named Kelly Anne who makes Richard look tame, a match made in heaven. He is also very prone to injury.
